There is really only one way to correctly thread a rifle for a suppressor or a break. Few people in the area understand this. It can be concentric at the muzzle and still have round strike. It has to be concentric-less than .0005" runout-- atleast a couple of inches out from the muzzle. It...
That suppressor in "No Country for Old Men" was supposedly a working model not just a prop. I also believe it has to be a heavily ported barrel, no expansion chamber.
Excellent videos. Suppressed Armament Systems in Evansville builds fantastic .308 and 223 suppressors in stainless and titanium. The trade off on the 308 vs the 223 can is volume inside the suppressor. Do not let anybody tell you to try your 9mm on a 308 etc. or put any type of fluid in a...
My examiner told me on Friday that dealer to dealer would be approx. one month. Form 4s etc. approx 4 months. There are a number of changes at the NFA branch right now--moving people around-train new people etc.
There were a number that were converted to m2 configuration some were not stamped. If it stamped as an M-2 above the breach, then it is contraband. The receiver is contraband, it must be demilled. There are lots of m2 trigger housings, slides on M1s. You cannot have the M-2 pivot arm...

We have had good luck with the Marlin 17hmr- Consistently shoot the center out of pennies at 100 yards- Heavy barrel stainless- 917VS with a BSA Sweet 17 6-18 Scope
Have tested and built dozens of suppressors over the years. Suppressed Armament Systems (SAS) is here in Indiana and dB for dollar, it is the best and the only one I recommend.
You can put a pistol grip on a AK 47 type pistol if it is done by a Class 7 FFL and is registered as such-it will then transfer for the $5.00 tax stamp. If an individual applies for one, you will have to pay the $200 tax. Strange but true.
You might call NFA Branch and ask your questions: (304) 616 4538; They normally do not ask for your ID; They might refer you to the Technology Branch; Probably give you a verbal opinion-or guideline-but that is what it is-an opinion. It is very difficult to get it in writing. It is very...
