That's pretty easy to resist, I do it all the time!
I started timing the plank to make it somewhat less boring and see if I could beat my own record.
I can hold it for 2 minutes and 34 seconds so far.
My gym's weekly challenge is accumulate 5 minutes of a weighted plank this week. Did 1 minute 30 seconds unbroken last night w/ a 45# plate, then two more 30 second rounds to get halfway done.3 minutes 2 seconds on my second try.
Headed to get my ass kicked again in about an hour.
Burpees are terrible, but "4 rounds of Cindy" sounds like it could be fun. I imagine I'd need a little more time between sets than I used to though.Today was hard for me. I hate Burpees. Before the workout I did 200m run then 4 rounds of Cindy with a 20# vest on, then another 200m run.

1: 3 rounds
3 back squats 60% max
10 burpees
2: 3 rounds
6 back squats 55%
10 burpees
3: 3 rounds
9 back squats 50%
10 burpees
took me 21 mins. 90 burpees and 54 weighted back squats. I. Am. Sore.

I considered crossfit, but I don't think I have time for all the mandatory douchebaggery and Facebook updates that go along with it.
Hit my Pr's on several lifts but no new Pr's. Going to hit it hard tomorrow then take the weekend off.
