I just ate a pizza loaded with cheese.
I approve but it needs bacon.
Managed the first part in just under 9 minutes. Second part took 16:30, had to use a 15.4 pound medicine ball as it was the largest one I have.
Nicely done! I puked and have a fever, rest week for me
Yoga was tough. Even stretching kills me.
I just can't get into yoga
It's part of the triad: stretching, cardio, resistance.
Trust me, it'll catch up eventually. I've just started getting into yoga & mobility work in the last 6 months or so, and it can make a huge difference in the other two. I'd have a ton of other problems if it wasn't for that.I know I should do something of the sort but struggle with it so I just do more of the other two. Perhaps I will regret that someday.

Ever been at a mall? Have you seen an elderly couple walking where the husband is taking the 4" Geritol steps in his oversized shoes as his hips are so tight they are causing him teeth-sucking pain and his spine looks like a question mark?
Yeah, I don't want that.
Stretching/yoga is akin to the emphasis on flippy-gun ninja crap over basic gun handling in the gun culture: everyone wants to be a ninja, no one wants to stand in horse stance.
Everyone wants to lift and "get huge" and wear tight skull t-shirts, but no want wants to get supple so they can lock up into solid shooting positions or do one handed draws from behind.
