Crap. Yeah the owner (an older gentleman) pulled out what was described as one of those cylinder things you pull lottery or bingo from. It made a very satisfying 'thunk' on the awipes head and he dropped like a sack of rocks. It was awesome.

If he were to open the door and give them all a snootful of bear spray after they also tried to scare his kids by banging on the windows, I'd be OK with this. I'd acquit in a heartbeat if they would sue and I were on the jury. This type of intimidation is unacceptable and needs to be met with an appropriate response.

(Though I'll be honest, the darker side of me at first flashed to them deserving to be disappeared and fed to pigs. (SSS) But I quickly recovered and said "No, that's not an appropriate level of force." )
