Libs mad. Biden isn't extending student loan forbearance, nothing happening with loan forgiveness.

I paid back $60k+ of student loans/interest from Purdue in less than 6 years. It took a steady professional job in my chosen field, modest living, strict budgeting, minimal travel, and hard work for my wife and I. We made sacrifices…all while buying (used) cars, our first home, and having our...

Their frames repelled rust, right into the cab corners.

Clearly modern trucks suck with their crew cabs and heated seats and bluetooth. The paragon of truckiness was a mid-80s squarebody. Regular cab, 8’ bed, live axles and a carbureted small block with less than 200hp getting 9mpg. “Ohhhhhhh like a rock” (My 2017 Silverado has no frame surface rust)

      Any union guys in here?

Use of dues money for political contributions is absolutely verboten, and will swiftly bring the legal hammer down on a collective bargaining agent. Using dues money to meet with lawmakers and discuss policy, on the other hand, is absolutely allowed. A union rep can absolutely meet with a...

The 2022 MotorTrend Car of the Year is....

The biggest issue with the Lucid Air isn’t that it is a large heavy luxury EV…its the $170k price tag for the (currently available) Dream Edition. Being priced well north of a M5 CS or even Cayman GT4 RS means Air isn’t an enthusiast halo car, its a status symbol for wealthy people. That...

      How has Covid affected you?

Working my arse off. Many coworkers have had COVID. One died, another (in his mid 40s and AWESOME shape, like triathlete level shape) had 17 days in hospital including 10 in ICU. A number have have gotten Regeneron monoclonal antibodies. Aware of many breakthrough infections, universally all...

      Ground venison prep?

While I've got the backstraps and tenderloins and roasts from my deer ready for their respective ends...I'm wanting to grind some venison for tacos, chili and burgers. Planning to grab a grinder from Bass Pro and learn to do this thing myself. I've heard mixing some sort of pork or beef fat in...

Bone stock…Not too shabby considering the LF4 specs 464/445 at the crank.

      Chevy Suburban W/Duramax Diesel,

IMO there's a market for a family hauler that can also (legally)(competently) pull a decent-sized travel trailer, or horse trailer, or a good sized boat, etc. The Ford Excursion secondary market is a great example of the demand that exists. Would it be niche? Yes.

      Chevy Suburban W/Duramax Diesel,

Only Uncle Sugar gets Suburban HDs these days, which sucks as there'd be a real market for a 10k GVWR Suburban HD with a 6.6L Duramax.

      Chevy Suburban W/Duramax Diesel,

We're not really comparing a half ton diesel with a HD diesel, are we??? The 3.0L has the same 460ft/lb of torque as the 6.2L, but gets it at 1500rpm vs. 4100rpm in the L87. A 4WD 2021 Suburban with Max Trailering Package is spec'd to tow 7800lb; a 6.2L Suburban with Max Trailering package has...

      Remington 700 Accuracy Issues

Make sure to use blue loctite on your base screws. As I said before, if 168gr FGMM doesn't group, something else in the system is jacked.

      Remington 700 Accuracy Issues

What optic and scope base/rings are you using? What kind of trigger are you using? Are you shooting off a bench or prone, bipod or rest? Are you able to get a repeatable, consistent cheek weld (or otherwise consistent position looking through the optic)? Is the KAK barrel installed with a...

      6.5 Creedmoor Whitetail
