I smoked for the better part of 15 years, and the only way to really quit smoking is to simply stop doing it. Don't try to replace the habit with other methods of nicotine delivery. Don't use one drug to get you off another either, just suck it up and push through. The worst of it is over in just a few days, and it's amazing how much better you'll feel.
