This ^^^^. I suspect if you wish to claim an exemption the burden of proof will be on you. They can't make you provide the proof, you can't make them provide the exemption. Mexican standoff (is it still allright to use that term? :runaway:)
Why does the store manager even question it? Okay. You have a condition. Can’t wear a mask. I believe you. That’s why we have the pickup service. Now please leave the building or put on a mask.

    This.
Also people can ask you anything they want.
You just don't have to answer.

I don't think there's any law that can keep someone from asking anything.

People at the grocery store can ask about my medical history, and I can tell them to **** off. :dunno:
I was upset I got carded the other night at the grocery.

I mean really, what male under 70 wears flannel wool pants, a knit tie, cardigan, Donegal tweed jacket and an ascot cap? :dunno:

Upset? Shouldn't you take it as a compliment?
    My wife does.

I don't find anything complimenting about making me dig around in my pants for my wallet.

I think the law in Indiana is to card anyone under 40 (I'm 45).

The grocery store (Meijer) has a button for the employee to press, "I acknowledge over 45 in appearance." If wearing tweed doesn't qualify as over 45 in appearance, then I don't know what does.

    Fines are pretty stiff.
After you've paid once, you'd probably ask everyone.

CDC continues to cave. Momentum is building. Masks are finished.

The momentum of people getting vaccinated?

Masks were needed when we had no vaccine available, they become less necessary as more people are now fully vaccinated.

It has nothing to do with "caving in".

It's not like the CDC said masks had never been needed.

Masks work, so do vaccines. Thank you science.
