My mom ran a punch press for years. She saw a lot of people loose hands and fingers. She almost lost 4 fingers. Barely saved them.
wth happened there?
I was hoping to get MBills with that one
When I hired in, something like 1 in 10 people were missing something. Finger, toe, part of a foot or ear.
Lose an arm or a leg though, you're probably gone.
A few years ago, the senior systems repairman (a lady) lost her leg. She came back for like half a year or so, cause she wanted to retire with a round number of years (50 or 55). Through force of will, she made them take her. They put her somewhere behind a desk or something.
Hot metal reacts to EVERYTHING.
If you put cold metal in hot metal, it jumps.
If hot metal flows over water, it turns it to steam, the steam launches it like gunpowder.
Metal could hit a gas line (that one happened to me. actaeon almost spent another night at the hospital)
I fell for a redhead years ago.
Now I have a high tolerance....
I did not even flinch. Must be dead. No one has mentioned I smell or look real bad yet....
Today I had to put handwarmers in my boots. They didn't work.
Tell me you're hiring graphic artists ACT!!!
wth happened there?
This is what happens when you throw a cold metal "bottle" into liquid metal.
