    Don't know.
    But someone's head might roll.
They might not have packed the mold right.
Starter bar didn't form a "barrier".
Instead, steel stuck to the starter bar, then got pulled out of the mold.

The starter bar head took 12 hours or so to get out, they had to cut and pull it out the top.

Either a boss may get fired for not training and checking the mold.
Or a worker may get it for not doing his job.
It's really hard to fire those workers. My bet would be a boss. Their heads roll easier and farther!

    I don't know.
Union ain't what it used to be.
What saves us now...... they're so hard up finding qualified people, they have a hard time firing or disciplining people.

Although someone just got three 5-day suspensions.
    Trying to remember what for.

Biggest problem the 1bop had was call offs. You had people not showing up for a week. No call no show. Then they discovered FMLA.

    No ****.

Lot of people want to hang politicians over FMLA.

Seems funny that the call off guys now have FMLA, and get tans.
While the rest of us pick up the slack.

Guy being disciplined might have been excessive call offs.

What does it run an acre there? Just curious, I already live on ground in the southern Indiana woods and am too old to think about moving.:)
