I'm currently paying ahead on the mortgage and will hopefully pay it off before we move on to the next house. Either way I'm going to make money on this place. So that is a step in the right direction.

I'm a natural second shift kind of guy. Sleep in and stay up late. No matter what time I get up in the morning I can't go to bed before 10:30 at the earliest, usually later.

This is what happens when they goof up with trying to roll steel that's a bit above 1,000 degrees.
(The accident last night at my caster was above 2,800 degrees)

Nah...if YouTube has taught us anything it's that you always record video first and attempt to help second.

I don't like getting up for work...it sucks!

Which would be why they pay us.
I think my work sucks a LOT.
But, they pay be a LOT.
So I put up with it, and count the days down (under 2,500 days now)
That and I hope our safety continues, so that I don't have to deal with anymore amputations or deaths.

Surprised you didn't lose the toe nail.
Doc used something like a corkscrew to drill through my finger nails.
Blood squirted all over the dang place.

forget that. I had that done once. I always seem to drop **** on my toes. Blood spurting out looked like old faithful
