My goal is around 100 acres with at least 1/3 to 1/2 wooded so I can hunt it. Then there has to be the range and also a fire pit and party area. I have big plans!

You have lot's of time for an opportunity to arise. As someone mentioned earlier, it's not really about being 'lucky'. People make their own luck (99% of the time).

yes it does hurt, everytime I put a shoe on, stand up, put a sock on, lay down, touch it, don't touch it.

My mom ran a punch press for years. She saw a lot of people loose hands and fingers. She almost lost 4 fingers. Barely saved them.

I waited because I am stubborn and had no time
