1st....they add useless weight.
2nd....if I wanted to listen to your music I would by some. I really dislike the Harley's with the big systems. Please do not share with me. Please.
3rd......Just roll your hot rod.....system in the mini-van.
I love music. But not someone else at the stop light or next to me in traffic. Spend that money on headers and a decent camshaft.........

My last car had a pair of memphis M3's in it. WOW it was loud. Wouldnt put em in a daily again but id want it for a cruiser.

But the car in question needs some wheels, HP upgrades, good exhaust for the right tone, and either some better paint or add some pin stripe or something it's just too plain

Depends on what you want out of the car. I see it as a cruiser. Nice wheels. Maybe some meatier mufflers. Just drive it.
In this scenario I can see having nice tunes. I just want folks to back off the thumping trunk rattling Bravo Sierra. I hate that damned crap anyway. That I am "FORCED" to put up with it sucks.
