I guess everybody has to decide what American Freedom is and what it is worth to them.
In the past history of this country it was who and what we were and it was worth dying for.
Now it is worth what you make of it...

I distinctly heard your derailleur hit reverse right there.

    Funny how that works.

Anyone notice that Biden didn’t argue that we don’t need or want a revolution now or ever. No, his argument was to put it off. We don’t need it right now. We can have Bernie’s revolution later.

So. Obiden fans. You diggin’ the postponement? Joe’s gotta fix Obamacare to fully implement what they couldn’t get done. And THEN the revolution?

And I should subsidize your travel....why? I thought you guys didn't like theft.

My last 6 or 7 trips to California were by car/truck. I enjoy the ride. Even Kansas. I've got relatives in Denver and we did a recording session there.

GM Product or Chrysler product perhaps? If so - then we subsidized YOUR trip... with the 2008(9) bailouts... so maybe losing the smug self righteousness would be in order.

For the record - I'm not a fan of bailouts and Keynesian economics. But if you're going to gripe about "corporate socialism" you have to at least be intelectually honest and go after ALL Keynesian bailouts even-handedly... yeesh

and not just when the Orange Dude does it.

The Orange Dude hasn't done it....yet. I'm for letting them fail. Hayek would agree.

There were a lot more jobs and a larger part of the economy associated with the auto industry in any event.

So you are for smaller government and less intervention? If so, I stand corrected, and we agree. If you're trolling - pound sand.

I've met few supporters of Democratic candidates that honestly were for smaller government.

Nah. I just don't know who you guys are attempting to convince with this stuff.

You aren't going to vote for him. I'm not going to vote for Trump.

Seems to be a less productive exercise than pocket pool.

If your games of pocket pool aren't productive then you aren't playing it right or for long enough. Just sayin'.

    Wait. You’re voting for Biden??

We've heard from others here who thought Trump had no chance of winning, Hillary had it in the bag, and were caught flat-footed and stunned with regret on Election Night 2016 that they didn't vote for Her. I suspect if they had a single inkling Hillary actually needed their vote, they would have been there with bells on. They will certainly have their jester shoes on for Biden.

Such a person can't possibly care very much for the 2nd Amendment. Other things like Immigration, Education, or Black Nationalism are more important to them. Even though Beto is his point-man on gun control, they will justify a vote for Biden on grounds "there actually isn't much chance" of gun control actually passing. If they wake up Wednesday morning and Democrats flip the Senate, they will really have something to think about.

This is Democrat "3-dimensional chess." They secretly know he will never actually allow a Revolution, and is just "playing" the Bernie Bros.
