I love gun summits.
There are a bunch of different sites that sell surplus field jackets. One, down in Kentucky is https://www.centerfiresystems.com/c-363-clothing.aspx#Pg0|Ge417|. The one that I got the jackets coming in today from is http://www.militaryclothing.com/search.aspx?q=flecktarn. Sometimes the sizes are limited to either small or extra large, but a lot of stuff is available throughout the size range.

Some how in my warped little brain I see my desires going over to mainly custom builds. With Springfield and RRA selling us out it has become obvious to me that it is all a game fueled by power and greed. I have been a proponent of SA for the last 10 years. Lost track of how many of their new 1911's I have convinced folks to buy.
With this last betrayal in Ill. I have vowed to never ever suggest to or buy for myself a new Springfield product. Done.
There are so many after market offerings out there. Save for CZ's the NITB 1911 world is dead to me.

Well apparently I did not get my CZ shotgun dried off adequately or some moisture got in the case from when we shot a month or so ago. Some light rust has developed in a couple spots which is unfortunate.
Steel wool was my initial thought. I will give it a go.
The only positive is that is in areas where it can't really be seen unless you have the gun open or apart. it is not on the blued exterior surfaces.
Oil these areas down and let them sit for a bit. It will loosen the surface rust before you address it. Some or most might wipe of with a soft cloth. Try this 1st and then see what's left to deal with.
