Good thing that pesky Constitution exists. Not sure for how much longer though. Either the president doesn't understand exactly how it works, or if he does, he's showing openly his disdain for the document. Neither inspires much confidence for his understanding of rule of law.

In terms of the demise of the constitution, we have far more to fear from the left than from the right. Trump just says stupid authoritarian ****. He can't even get funding for his wall. I'm not too worried about where the right is heading. The left is far more worrisome right now.

While I think the due process can be streamlined, it still must be "due". It's worrisome that Trump has a mob-boss's opinion about human rights. It's also worrisome that the left has a dictator's view of equality.

When you have emasculated Republicans unable to hold to their tenets because they are afraid of having their feelings hurts.... you end up with a president that has the ability to avoid accountability. And as we have seen this president is accountable to anyone but the Russians, lol
