What makes you think they would get no medical aid?

There are plenty of reports of (I forgot what they call them) forward operating bases?/aid stations being set up both in Russia/Belarus and behind the advancing troops.

From what I've seen of combat in general, it does not look like a well supported logistically sound effort.

It looks like if anything goes wrong, it's on you to find your way back to help, and the odds of doing so successfully are slim to nil.

I'm sure they have FOBs for refueling/rearming, but for medical... idk about you but I wouldn't expect good things to happen to me in the russian army if you show up wounded.

I am not really sure how to respond to that. I agree with some of it. If it’s any comfort (it probably shouldn’t be) Russia has reportedly lost more troops in the past 3 weeks than we did in the past 20 years.

What worries me is how many of our leaders have been latching onto their struggles in Ukraine and concluding based on only two weeks of data that Russia isn't so tough and WWIII wouldn't be that bad.

Well, my dudes, it really doesn't matter to people in the US whether their armor can defeat a Javelin or whether their pilots are flying with commercial GPS taped to the dash. What matters is whether your roof can defeat a 1 MT warhead from a sub-launched missile.

For those who don't know this was a TV series about an American government so fearful of Russia they let them take over the country so there wouldn't be bloodshed.
