Well, since we only have 1 Systems Repairman per shift, I can slack off only so far.
Place shuts down because of me, and I'll definitely hear about it.

He was a breech baby so he keeps turning to one side when we put him to sleep on his back.

Not sure if it would help in your case, but we used/are using the Halo brand sleep sacks they lock them down pretty well and keep them from moving a bunch
Hope you and the wife will remember what sleep was.
