Oh, nope. I use a liquid and add borax to all but my whites.

Don't use sheets! Heck don't use fabric softener or the laundry detergent either.

Use 6% acidity cleaning vinegar instead of laundry detergent. You can find this in walmart.

Use 5% distilled vinegar for fabric softener.


Use 100% wool balls for the dryer.


All natural, cost less, leaves no scent and does not damage your equipment.

For "body odor" or organic stains (blood, yellow spots on white shirts from sweat, etc...) use this.

Put 1 scoop in hot water in a bucket.
Put the items that need the cleaning and soak overnight.

Remove the excess water from cloths and toss into washer with the vinegar next. Whites come out great no more stains, no smells.

No need for bleach! Actually cleans must better than bleach for organic stains.
