That being said, just because the state has the power to regulate, doesn't mean it should. Refraining from enacting too many laws and laws that are too intrusive promotes freedom.

Simple enough that someone, without consulting a lawyer or obtaining a law degree, can have a reasonable ability to follow it.

Safety of the justices and their families I think is a real issue for a while. The marshals service should move them to a more secure location than their homes. DOJ should take this seriously, while I don't see generalized riots, there are John Brown types out there.

I'm attempting to be more specific; the Donkeyparty doesn't seem to be particularly offended by gang members offing each other on a nightly basis around the country.
