Wait till you do a max effort 500m. Holy ouch. Our gym used to do a test workout that was 2 max effort 500m rows w/ 90 seconds of rest between. Took me an hour to recover enough to drive home it was so bad.Probably my shortest workout since I started doing CrossFit. 3:40. 1000 meter row. Still hurt.

Bodyweight Squat Jumps (lost count) when I got all cloudy eyed and flopped down on floor.

Jump rope where it passes under your feet once per jump. A double under the rope passes twice per jump and sounds awesome

Took me 6 months to get them down, now it's one of my favorite movements.One day (certainly not today) I hope to rock double unders, best I've done is 2 in a row.
