I go to "Extreme Fitness Challenge" class at my gym, we have done the "weekend warrior" before.
Run 1 mile
500 jumping jacks
400 squats
300 leg lifts
200 push ups
100 burpees
You can break them up any way you want, just get them all done. The run has to be completed all at once.
