Woof, that looks tough! Nice work on the deadlift Doc!Today's workout was awful. Took me 26 mins 10 seconds and I did jump rope jump overs instead of the 10" PVC pipes round 2-5. I did 10 double unders instead of 20 and 25, basically single-single-double until i got 10

Best workout yet this year last night - 40-50 min of trail riding on the mountain bike for our Endurance workout. Man that was fun. Even with a busted knee, I am in so much better shape than the last time I rode trail (6+ years ago).
