And, given her bigoted tirade and threats to burn down and loot their stores, I just can't imagine why they're standing outside and on top of their store, armed.

She seems too expensive for my emergencies. I use the great value operators. They barely speak English, and usually send the wrong emergency personnel to the scene, but it saves me money in the long run.
