Well I'm down 20lbs since May. Definitely not as fast of weight loss as I've done before. I've pushed myself too hard last time by loosing around 30lbs in about 3 months. This time I'm taking it a lot slower(probably too slow) but it's steady. I haven't changed what I eat, just lowering...
This year I had to replace the sump pump and then a few months later the poo pump. The sump is easy peasy but he poo pump wasn't as fun. At least the pump worked but wouldn't turn off so the pit wasn't fiull. However there was no ball valve in discharge pipe so it was interesting removing the...
Positive side of Holcombs new masking/quarantine rules is that my 2nd grader doesn't need to quarantine due to close contact on Friday at school. Our school decided to start masking up again prior to the rule changes. It's BS that he's dangling the carrot of masking but at least now we don't...
It would be interesting to know how many exemptions IUH gave out. The facebook group looked to have a ton of people get exemptions. Many had their exemption rejected but then immediately approved once an appeal was filed. It looked like they were giving out virtually no medical exemptions...
I don't like how they are comparing Delta to 2020 variant. Delta supposedly has a much higher viral load compared to other strains. But I don't doubt that vaccinated are spreading, maybe even super spreaders, but this article doesn't paint a real clear picture.
So my wife just paid off her car loan and the bank sent us the title with the lien release section completed. Also they sent us a letter saying we have to go the BMV and request a clear title in her name.
This is our 5th vehicle we have purchased and had a lien however we have never went to...
I'm really just after proof that I had it and it was not a false positive covid test. The wife and I had mild to strong symptoms but the kids only had a fever for a couple days. But symptoms wasn't much different that any other virus except the wife lost taste and smell but I did not.
so i'm guessing the $38 CVS test isn't a great test? I was thinking about having, it's been 7 months since having covid and i'm curious about having antibodies
Glad my natural immunity should be good to go as long as I can trust the positive results. All 4 members of my household tested positive and one lost taste and smell so I assume our tests were accurate.
10 hospitals went on diversion this week because of a nursing shortage. If covid picks back up again like it did this winter it could be bad news for the hospitals. I hope that the nurses that don't want the shot realize they have power if they stand strong, the hospitals cannot afford to...
Exactly! We wanted to take a family trip to Chicago(wife is from the burbs) this summer. Our son would love to see the buildings but I have put my foot down. I'm sure we'd be safe for a day trip up there but why chance anything at this point and I'd rather support an area that isn't a crap hole.
Also scary when I personally know some that had temporary bell's palsy after the covid shot. I'm all for some one having the choice of getting the shot but the way it's getting pushed down our throats is not ok. Make ALL the information accessible and let people make the choice for themselves.
This is the same disorder my wife came down with after getting the flu shot 5 years ago(mandated by her employer) . Fortunately her symptoms are mild and not progressing over the last 5 years. She has read quite a bit of data on vaccines since this happened to her, turns out that rarely...
How old is the challenger design....at least 11 years and it's still kicking their butts. It's a much more simplistic design, keep it simple stupid. I believe the performance is there for the camaro but GM got a little carried away with the transformers look.
