Agreed. Dave's target audience are people who are in debt, who don't understand their finances, and who need beginner-level help. I might think that someone who is considering a 401k loan to consolidate/move their debt needs his kind of beginner's help.
Even if OP's "friend" doesn't want to...
Not sure what CAC is an acronym for, but in Indiana, we have a License to Carry a Handgun, or LTCH. Which does not specify how the handgun is carried (concealed or not).
I've never had any cheap 9mm ammo have an issue in a G19, G17, or G26.

Because only the super wealthy deserve to be able to own suppressors. The rest of us poor folk are apparently the "wrong kind" of people to own these devices.
You really can't buy any upgrades that will make you a better shooter, and any quality off-the-shelf pistol really doesn't need any upgrades to perform well. Use your time and money to get ammo, range time, training, and maybe night sights, if you like that sort of thing.
James, imagine that the internet is a huge repository of anything anyone has every written, said, taken an image or video of, and all of that crap will never go away. Privacy is... well, there isn't much privacy anymore, and most information we willingly give away.
