Just wanted to say thanks from a new USPSA shooter. Had a great time and thanks for all the pointers you guys had. Had a blast and can't wait for the next one.
I will either bring my m&p 9 that I have 4 mags for, or Ill bring a 1911 that I have 4 for. I also have a revolver that I want to bring and I have 6-7 speed loaders for. Are holsters and or mag holders needed. Thanks again for all your guys help, you all helped me out with info on idpa and uspsa...
I will be there, just curious, is there a recommended number of mags or speed loaders to have and average round count, never shot steel before so looking forward to it.
I really appreciate the feedback, I am planing to shoot at the next USPSA match and figure I'll go from there. Guess it can't hurt to shoot both all the time, just alot of ammo...lol
I just shot my first IDPA match today and really had a great time. I am just wondering what the main differences between USPSA and idpa are. Going to try to make the next USPSA match and try it out but was just wondering.

I would love to come just trying to make sure I have the right equipment. Other than letting the RO know it is my first time is there anything else I should do?
