      I'm in naptown, and for numerous reasons that I won't bore you with, I and my family will have to shelter in place and dig in. This scares me, because I see everyday how people in this town behave when all is normal. Denying them their free A/C, refrigeration, booze, drugs, and nearby things...

      I think the cop who took the call was socially retarded. I've had excited people call for help, and sometimes they curse when they're scared. If you can't handle a little cursing from excited people, then get another job!
