This guy either doesn't know how to use the Glock reset, or he thinks we don't know how to. I just checked my g19 and the trigger moves maybe a quarter inch to reset, not an inch like he said. I guess he is just trying to make his trigger look more impressive.
The way I understand the article he wasn't jacking with it. He was taking the rifle out of the suv and it discharged. The rifle shouldn't have been loaded in the suv but he wasn't actually jacking with it unloading ammo from it.

I"m almost positive that Ky. law is the same as Ind. law as to notifying officer you're carrying, unless it just changed recently, which I don't think it has.
