    Wildcat Valley Rifle and Pistol Club will be hosting our next USPSA match of the season this Saturday, September 3rd. Please go to the link below to register for the match. Registration will close on Friday at 11:59 pm.

    I will likely be unable to come to this match due to my work schedule. So Drew Heath has stepped up to run this match for me. Please come out to help him setup at 5pm on Friday and to help RO on Saturday.

    This match is sponsored by Applied Ballistics in Lafayette. Each match we will raffle off a few prizes during the shooter's meeting. Prizes include, but are not limited to, free ammo, free range time, shirts, hats, and Cerakote gift certificates. If you find yourself in the area, please stop by Applied Ballistics and thank them for supporting our sport.



    This match will consist of 6 stages including at least 1 classifier.



    Setup will be on Friday, September 2nd at 5:00 pm. Those who show up on Friday to help setup will shoot for FREE!!!! Please email me if you plan on being there on Friday.


    Shooter's meeting will be at 9:45 am Saturday morning. We start shooting at 10.

    Round count will be around 100-125 rounds.

    MATCH FEE breaks down as follows.

    Regular match fee = $20.
    WVRPC member = $15
    Friday Setup Help = $FREE
    RO = $FREE
    USPSA MATCH DIRECTOR AT ANOTHER CLUB = $FREE

    As always, I'm in need of ROs. Please consider stepping up and ROing a squad.

    Any more available to RO? All help is appreciated!! Applied Ballistics does a great job of sponsoring these matches! Prize drawings during the shooters meeting will be for some solid items (ammo, gift certs, ceracoat certs, shirts / hats) provided by AB! Come on out for my first match at the helm- 6 exciting and fresh variations of El Prez! (Joking)

    I cannot make it this Saturday. HOWEVER, is this a match that happens each 1st Saturday of the month???!!! I don't shoot on Sundays and would LOVE to shoot USPSA locally.

    I'm going to try to make it. My knee is still not good, but it's a lot better than it has been. The Boss's schedule will allow it. I should be there.

    If you're a certified Level I RO, I'll bet the WVRPC crew would be happy to have your help!

    I don't mind holding the time occasionally, but if I try to RO for a squad, I'll never finish the match (unless Drew carries me on his back).

    Also, if you help with setup, you can shoot the matches at AtlantaCC on the Saturday before the Sunday match.
