    What I find worrisome is the focus on attracting diversity rather than attracting the highest caliber people.
    As am I. Unfortunately it won't be after the next Operation Eagle Claw (disastrous mission to rescue hostages in Iran 1980) because there was still leaders in the Military in 1980. Now? Norman Schwarzkopf wouldn't be promoted past Major.
