Don't know the answer to this, and I'm not sure that the answer matters, but maybe someone should find out before pushing the vaccine as hard as they are. That seems to be the most prudent course of action.

Another friend harps at everyone to take the covid vax. So I asked him what did he tell people that always harped on him to quite smoking, killing himself and everyone around him?

Oddly enough, Covid is one of the reasons I quit smoking. It was the one high risk category I was in and it was the fastest to change. I don't trust the Covid science, but the anti-smoking science is pretty well established and I could feel the effects (both directions) myself pretty easily.

My wife, son, daughter and more than a handful of friends not only survived it, but basically shrugged it off. I like my odds better.

The same of everyone I know. One dude has had it twice. I figure now that we're just about to the book end of year 2, I've probably already been exposed and developed antibodies and I didn't even know it happened. I'm able to have a low risk lifestyle at the moment so I will continue to be low risk is how I see it.

I don't take much of this internet stuff very seriously, because at the end of the day, people are gonna do whatever they want. And a thousand posts on a gun forum ain't gonna change that. I was actually just razzing you about not liking bacon. Nothing more, really.
