I'm being patient. Which is a challenge for me daily.
The lawyer and I received an awesome letter from the FWPD. I am very happy with the response. If someone can post the actual pic of the letter, my computer skills are lacking. Here is the link:

T-DOGG,
your link doesn't work
You could upload it to photobucket and post the link or you could email me the file and I could post it for you.
I got the link to work only after copying it into Firefox...Works for me.. it's not a photo, it's a .pdf file..
Nice follow through. At least you managed to get some acknowledgement and get something on the record so hopefully it brought the issue to the fore front and there is no excuse for this type of behaviour on the part of some members of the FWPD.The lawyer and I received an awesome letter from the FWPD. Any chance of getting the letter Mr. Relford sent in?
Whenever we have retraining at my job, due to someone not following a procedure, we have to sign the memo. (acknowledging that we have been retrained) I wonder if you can get a copy of that memo, with the 2 offending Officers autographs on it? Also, before someone else points it out, and I know someone will, they still refer to it as a "permit", in the memo meant to correct the situation.
