The BOP has only one experienced guy left in my craft. So the rest are trainees.
We are expected to keep our building going, and go over to theirs to "assist".
Talk of us working a shift in our shop, then work a second shift in the other shop.
Stuff like that.
Basically everyone's getting tired of it. And we're old enough to not have to deal with it.
