I just fired up the work computer a few minutes ago so it would be ready in the morning.

Just finishing up putting an exhaust fan in the shop wall.
Have a couple more things I want to get finished before winter gets here, looking like I might actually get them done. Well except for the lean to roof on the shop, lumber prices this year put the kabosh on that I think.

Looks like it's right at the state line now down near Terre Haute. I think the weather guessers are going to be pretty much on point with their timing. They were saying it would enter the state around 3 p.m.. With the sun being out now, it could get kinda sporty later I think (hope).

I think our dog isn't going to be around much longer. Today she is really having a tough time of it. It's like her blindness went from nearly total to total. She's been running into things and getting confused as to where she is.

This is going to sound terrible, but this was my mom's dog and I just have never made a connection with her. There's absolutely nothing wrong with her (except her health now). She's always been a sweet little thing but there just wasn't any chemistry between me and her.

She's 15 years old, so she's had a good long life for sure.

No, she's been okay with the kids. She's staggering and going places she never goes. If I didn't know better I'd say it's almost like she's had a small stroke or something.

I didnt get my roast put in the crock this morning so put it in the oven after lunch. Should be well done by now :-)

Just got the fan mounted and the rain drops started to fall. Almost didn't cut the hole today as I wasn't sure when the rain was going to be here
