Okay. I feel better now. Just had another spam call from "We Buy Houses". Message left by some "guy" named Alex. I called the number they left back and left a really nasty message. As soon as I hung up, they called back and it was some Asian sounding female that said HER name was Alex. I lit into her pretty good. I don't think they'll be calling me again.

We get this at least once a day and cards in the mail.
No I am not selling my house.

As I age, I'm finding out that I really don't need 3 meals a day. I'm not an "Old Bear" storing fat for winter. 2 really good meals works for me.

They're relentless. I've noticed an uptick since I refinanced, so somebody is obviously selling some info. I started getting a bunch more junk "snail mail" about mortgage crap too. But it was well worth it. Credit score jumped 50 points after the refi and paying off credit card debt! It was never bad but it's excellent now (again).

I only eat two times a day. The problem is that I have been storing winter fat for the last decade.....never seem to use it though
