why can't they give some good news in the morning?

Same bad stories over and over

2 men shot and killed last night. 2 little children in the home unharmed...

Makes me realize I need to count my blessings.

We all need to look at it that way.

Yep! the pain is never gone! the best I can hope for is that it justs sits in the background ! I've had 12 spinal blocks cortisone shots I use to go in once a month and have toroidal shots rite in my lower back did that for years!! along with meds!!

I really don't envy you guys living in the big city! we don't hear much of that out here! and it's not an every night thing even in the big city of South Bend!

Gary it isn't always this bad. Worse than South Bend though I give you that.

I was just outside and even though I am in the middle of the city it is quiet out there. Christmas lights blinking all over... I can hear traffic but it is in the distance.
