That's my thought. Either it's a hung jury or it's not.

Seems like the defense attorney missed something here. Why would he not ask for clarification. Cases are always tried on a count by count basis. Why would he not insist on hearing the verdict for all three counts?

Lunch special where I went was meat loaf, mashed potatoes w/gravy, green beans and apple sauce and roll/butter/ apple butter. I also had banana cream pie. I really like pie.

I know exactly what you mean, but this places is pretty similar to homemade. The owner is jerked over Amish so it is probably pretty close to the official Amish recipe.

do you check the update. they official court record showed hung jury on all counts. the questions is does the "informal dialogue between the judge and the jury Forewoman" count as official record.

Yeah, just didn't see it till after I posted it.. I would think it should count as official record. I'm sure the stenographer (sp?) typed it up. Why would it not be official?
