What did you get done anyways?

I've had abdominal problems for years. At one time they thought it was my gall bladder so they took it out. That didn't fix the problem so this surgery was to remove about a foot of my small intestine. Hopefully this is a permanent fix because I'm not sure how many more parts I can spare.

Problem. My stats professor is letting us bring a 5x8 note card filled with whatever we want to the test tomorrow...and i can't seem to fill it up :/ I have everything I can think I would need and still have half of the card blank...
