Since I hired in 1991, the entire mill shut down one day. And it was mandatory that everyone come in for safety classes.
We were dying too fast, and the insurance was getting expensive.

I have the butcher mix the ground venison with beef fat, then I make it just like regular meat loaf. Random spices and sauces, eggs and bread crumbs. Could not re-create it if I tried...

I wish you could buy deer meat in Indiana but thanks to the nazi dnr that's not legal. So people who can't hunt don't get deer meat
