How are you going to prove someone called 911 based upon prejudice for some protected class? Even the example in the article in NY was more about the guy annoying her than him being black.

Haven't been paying attention? The process is the punishment.

First you accuse someone. In a percentage of cases, that is enough to get SJWs to attack.
Second, a person is charged for "calling 911 while prejudiced". It then takes thousands to defend yourself.
Third, there is a good chance that you lose your job and possibly friends/family in the process.

It costs the accuser nothing. The state does all the work to destroy someone's life and the accused can suffer catastrophic harm. This is not justice.

Well, this is to allows civil lawsuits not assign criminal charges. It is not hard to see how a lot of lawsuits could be generated by something like that. The one suing won't have repercussions if they lose, since lawyers usually take a cut of the winnings and lawyer costs would have to be paid by the defendant if they lose. The defendant will have to pay to defend themself though, plus be in jeopardy of more financial loss if they lose. Civil suits are not beyond a reasonable doubt either, so there could be a lot of losers that aren't actually guilty.

You are absolutely correct, sir. Should someone be using a bad word, it would probably result in warnings or infractions, dependent in part upon history.

Is there some reason you're asking?

Feckless is defined as "ineffective", or "without effect".

So, to abuse (use other than as intended) a feckless (ineffective) law, you make it effective, you give it teeth.

Surely this is obvious. If you are aware of someone using creative spelling to avoid the filter, please do PM me and point it out.
