A 3 year old doesn't. The three year old just said, he's not a boy. Of course that can't mean anything else but trans. Hell. Sometimes boys want to be firetrucks. A 3 my son wanted to be a space ship. I guess I'm negligent because I didn't seek out surgery for that by age 7.

I doubt the three year old knew anything about trans. He just told his mommy he was not a boy, and she ran with it from there. At seven years old, he still probably doesn't know what trans means.
