I can relate. I have lots of vintage audio and no one cares.Not that far from reality for me.
Except, unlike this Sad Sack, I prefer it that way.
My newest piece of audio gear (my main listening rig) is a sandpile from '09. Luxman preamp.
Most of my gear in that rig is tube based and I know no one who cares.
I'm blessed.
I do have a nephew who wants me to BLAST Metallica on my gear when he comes by.
That's close enough.
