And this is why Carriers have separate mess halls. I believe my dad called it the Officer's Wardroom?

He also said he liked to eat and mingle with the crew because he was also was one of the boxers and wanted to get on their good side.

When I was at gitmo The enlisted mess was divided NCO e6 and above had their section and stewards to pour coffee for them.

In the army enlisted, NCO's and officers all mingled together.

Moved to the area and hung with some heavy set dudes with mustaches!

I was at that funeral. His ride was way more dressed up than the one in the video. He was a great officer, good friend, and good family man.
