Strict liability puts the onous to know what and who you are doing on the adult. I’m fine with that.

Michigan acts like fornication is legally malum in se, when current SCOTUS caselaw doesn't even allow it to be malum prohibitum. I do not see how it can be legal to criminalize it absent a mens rea.
Before we take people's life/liberty/property, IMO it should actually have to be proven that they meant to do something which is actually against the law.
