I’m not worried about his tax returns. I’m more worried about his media empire.

Because the tax returns are more about finding opposition research opportunities, rather than revealing tax returns, I think it would be fine to present a tax return summary prepared by a third party accounting firm without conflicts of interest. Not enough detail to spin into bull****, but enough to know “enough” of the candidates’ financials.

So if the only suspicion you can articulate is, “well, he’s got dark skin and he’s wearing a hoodie, and he’s in this high crime area, so uh, he must be up to no good,” THATS not a reasonable suspicion.

It’s a different thing if the cop sees the person acting like he’s committing a crime. And the only profiling the TSA does is profiling the l least likely to be a terrorist. Old grannies. Young children.
