You had me going there for a bit until I saw that it had sold...in 2011. How was it to shoot?
You went to the archives for that link.
The list is growing. First the cannon, now the terrorists?Until the terrorists get up for a drink of water and find PaPa wearing nothing but a cowboy hat, spurs, and a gun belt.
No worries, Snow Shovel can counsel them.

That is an issue I need to address. The only lever gun in the house is a Henry .22lr that’s fun to plink with but I need something with a little more spice.
What’s a good lever gun in .44 Mag? Sticking with that caliber would make reloading easier if I go that route. I like short barreled guns that bark when shot.
I like my Marlin 1894. I have one with an octagon barrel. Did you shoot it at the SGE or the super secret birthday GE? I remember Turbo and Carlos shooting it.
I didn’t. I really need to explore the gun tables better at the *GE’s. I always come away realizing that I missed shooting stuff I want to shoot.
It’s basically a 30-30, that has a diameter of .32.I’ve never shot one. It’s not been a round that’s ever been on the radar but my curiosity is now piqued.

I quite enjoyed that one. Much softer than I expected it to be.
Very cool. We will have to try and get lunchSpeaking of the NRA show, Henri and I will be working the show in Nashville this April. I’ll be doing firearms inspections again so I get to coonfinger guns before the public again...

I’m now a big fan of MM’s add-a-box campaign for reasonable delivery. The best solutions are often the most simple. Brilliant idea MM.
I’m finding myself with a hankering for a PCR tonight. Not going to do anything in that direction for a while but if it’s not just the bourbon talking, I might do that for my late summer project.
