    Best I've ever eaten?
    Cut each squirrel into five pieces. 2 front legs including the shoulders, 2 back legs, and the backs(from ribs to hips.)
    Parboil or pressure cook til you can get a fork through the pieces. Remove and drain as they become tender.
    Dip in egg then corn meal and Mrs. Dash.
    Fry in hot peanut oil til coating is crispy.

    Let cool.

    Dig IN!

    Sounds good but your BBQ squirrel at Bean Blossom was incredible!

    Interesting. My dad and I have always cut into 5 pieces, rolled in Kentucky Colonel Flour (premixed with seasonings), and then cooked low and slow in a hot skillet. Cook until browned. If it is an older squirrel, we have always cooked in a pressure cooker after. In my opinion cold/cool is much better than fresh out of the skillet.
