0530 here. I've started working out again and am a month in so I decided to head to the gym.

Nice. I've been doing some stairs and the elliptical, but not as much as I'd like...

Happy Easter everyone. I hit the scales this morning at 217 so down 7 lbs. since I started watching what and how much I eat. I walk 3-4 miles a day at work M-F .

Wife has the flu so I got to be the Easter bunny this year. Had to wait until the kids fell asleep, then put baskets together, hide baskets, and fill plastic eggs. Got to bed about 1:30am and woke up to two kids standing next to the bed at 6am ready to go. They found their baskets, I fixed breakfast, then later we head outside to find the eggs. Lots of coffee this morning.

That's solid progress. I have been making progress myself, but in the wrong direction.

I have lost 22lbs since Christmas but I am stagnant at my current weight.

Streets here are completely clear. It is like it never snowed. The yards have about 2"s covering on them. Weird.

No snow up here, just 19 degrees when I got in the car this morning....

Probably got about 4" here. There was some snow fog when I started out and icy roads all the way.
