    It's sad to see CZ slide into the American business mindset. That is, chase short term profit to improve today's shareholder value at the expense of long term viability and strength. It's amazing how much damage just a few of the wrong people at senior levels can do to an organization.
    What did I miss about CZ?

    Did some bullet casting today in addition to the firewood cutting, afternoon was hotter than I had expected.
    Heat indexes have been over 110 since the beginning of June here. It’s been a miserable summer, and no end in sight. Pond is down probably 4 feet, and no rain in the forecast. No dead fish yet, so that’s a positive.
