It seems a perfectly simple and reasonable request. Requesting links to support contentions or for additional info has been done many hundreds/thousands of times on this board. Why not ask here?

Some alwaysTrumpers did not believe Trump was serious.

Nearly all neverTrumpers thought he was serious.


So what does any of that have to do with anything?

Sometimes, the argument is a sign of laziness. My suggestion: bookmark the Google tool bar. Write your question there. Google will not start their results page with "Oh puhleeze..." But maybe they should.

Don't play dumb, Alpo. A call for links is a kind of put up or shut up. If you believe someone is pulling an assertion out of their ass, you ask for links. If they can't provide them then they look like fools (and we perhaps pity them)

Moral of the story? Check your work before somebody else does

DD. I shouldn't have to use purple. Sarcasm has been around much longer than that. The point, which appears to have escaped many, except for those who like to argue about angels and pinheads, is that something as obvious as having Mexico pay for the wall doesn't need a link. It is ubiquitous in its placement on the interweb.
